Sydney Girls High School Site Visit of Zurich Tower

“The girls walked away very inspired.” Chantelle Apin, Project Engineer, Roberts Pizzarotti

It was wonderful to host 30 girls from Sydney Girls High School at our 118 Mount Street site this morning. The students are studying design technology or engineering electives, and by visiting us today have been challenged to consider a career in the construction industry.

Our project engineers Chantelle Apin and Luke Calleja spoke about how we will construct the project, Simon Barr and Matilde González Asteinza from fjmt studio talked through the architectural design, Isabel Duffy from Northrop Consulting Engineers spoke about the structural engineering design and Emma Shipley, our CFO spoke about being an accountant in a construction company and how we are integrating technology into our building processes.

Our site office provided the perfect viewing platform. The girls will return later in the year to see how far construction has progressed.

“The girls walked away very inspired,” said Chantelle Apin, Project Engineer, Roberts Pizzarotti.

“Thank you Isabel Duffy for making this possible! You are an inspiration to the next generation,” said Chantelle.
