Roberts Pizzarotti has signed a design and construct contract to deliver a 29 storey commercial tower in North Sydney.

The project, developed in conjunction with White & Partners and Generate Property Group, will deliver a new commercial tower at 118 Mount Street, North Sydney.

The commercial tower was designed by architects FJMT with services designed by AECOM and structure by Northrop.

The 20,000m2 PCA A Grade building will target Five Star Green Star and Five Star NABERS Energy ratings and will feature a two-level podium with café, a sky terrace, three basement car parking levels and end-of-trip facilities. An existing six story complex is being demolished to make way for the new building.

The development is being overseen by the Zurich Insurance Group’s property development arm, Zurich Australian Property Holdings, with Zurich Financial Services Australia set to occupy most floors as anchor tenant.
