At Roberts Pizzarotti we encourage women to pursue their construction careers. We understand one of the barriers is the thought – “how can I be a mum and work on site?”
We are making it possible to have a career in construction and remain active mothers.
We have built a Nursing Room at our Concord Hospital project to ensure children don’t have to miss out when mothers transition back to work.
The Nursing Room is a safe and comfortable space for expressing and storing milk or simply for our ladies to have a quiet place to rest and recoup.
We know it’s not the only answer, but it’s a start.
